GENERAL DESCRIPTION
SECON conference organized in Military University of Technology creates a forum of experience and information exchange in areas of electronics and telecommuniaction. Students and young scientists are able to present their activity areas and results achieved by them. It favors integration of students and young scientists’ profession. In addition it gives possibility to promote achievements and motivation to work even harder and elaborate own and science activities. Main idea that is held by organisers is assumption that possibility to present science activitiy of students and young scientists is essential and important factor of every scientific activity. Official conference languages are english and polish.

IMPORTANT DATES
Registration Form and the abstract of the paper written in English (1 page A4, 400-450 words) should be submitted by January 11, 2009 to e-mail: kns@wel.wat.edu.pl , dariusz.laskowski@wel.wat.edu.pl. Please include authors' names, affiliation with address for correspondence, phone, fax and e-mail.
Final paper should be sent to the Organizer of the Conference and registration fee should be paid by January 31, 2009.

The authors will be notified about the paper acceptance by
February 22, 2009.
Detailed program of the Conference will be sent to the participants by February 28, 2009.
